Jonathan Thomas Robertson was born in Washington, MO on April 21st, 1997. He was appropriately named after the warrior Jonathan, Son of Saul , from the Bible and proved to be a fighter his entire life.
Jonathan, or 'Jon' was a vibrant, beautiful, kind, and generous soul. He was the second born child to Bill and Jeanne Robertson, being a source of encouragement and love to those around him but especially to his siblings. He loved his entire family fiercely and would do anything to be their protector.
Jonathan spent his younger years hunting and fishing with his brother and dad, known to have a good aim and determination in everything he did. Growing up in the country, his love for nature came through at an early age. He would often be playing in the family creek or riding his bicycle to the Berger Bottoms.
Somewhere along the way, he found a passion for music and playing the guitar. When he wasn't belting tunes, he would frequently listen to music; always eager to share a good song or artist to those around him. In addition to his love for music, he enjoyed reading and often expressed himself through writing and drawing.
He possessed many genuine traits including being a hard-worker, never speaking ill of others and had a deep love for God and his faith. He loved others and accepted people for who they were. He loved deeply and would make sure he could help others in any way he could. He was a bright light in this world and he will be dearly missed.
