Glen 'Mick" Wilmesherr, 73, of Washington, passed away on April 26,2021. Mr. Wilmesherr, son of the late Elmer "Tuggles" Wilmesherr and his wife Opal nee Heidmann, was born on February 18, 1948 in Washington Missouri. He received his education from Washington High School and Drury College Springfield Missouri.
On August 3, 1968, he was united in marriage to Mary Warnebold at the St. John's the Baptist Catholic Church, Villa Ridge Missouri.
Mick served his country as a member of the United States Army. He was the owner of Tuggles Motor Co. in Washington Missouri.
He was an avid trap shooter who also loved hunting and fishing. Mick also enjoyed coaching his sons little league baseball teams for many years. Mr. Wilmesherr was a member of the Amateur Trapshooting Association, Missouri Trap Shooters Association, Charette Gun Club, Hermann Rod and Gun Club, National Rifle Association and the American Legion Post 218.
He was preceded in death by his parents late Elmer "Tuggles" Wilmesherr and his wife Opal nee Heidmann; grandparents Oscar and Rose Wilmesherr and Adolph and Olga Heidmann; mother and father-in-law, John and Rose Warnebold; and uncle, Marvin Wilmesherr and his wife Thelma, and his aunt, Janet Gerling and her husband Roland.
Among his survivors are his wife, Mary Wilmesherr of Washington; two sons, Dale Wilmesherr of Washington and Chad Wilmesherr of Union and life companion Annie Klingler; other relatives and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 9:30-11 A.M. at St. John's the Baptist Catholic Church, with a memorial mass beginning at 11 A.M.
Burial will be private.
